1 night in a Camel trips luxury camp - We were on a 3 days tour and spent the last night in the luxury camp in the middle of Merzouga desert. The place was really nice, our personal tent... read more was huge, the bed was clean and comfortable, hot water, WiFi, electricity - everything you need! The dinner was very tasty, and we were particularly touched by a hearty welcome of the camp owners, who also played us their traditional music the whole evening. The only drawback was the lack of time. I recommend to stay there at least for two nights to enjoy fully the sun rises and the suns sets.

While there were some long periods in the car... read more it was worth it once you got out to the desert and beyond.
Our itinerary meant we had to go from and back to Marakesh which was a shame because Fez and other places are much better.
Id highly recommend these tour guides and would also stay in the desert area for longer.
