6th November 20211 night in a Camel trips luxury camp - We were on a 3 days tour and spent the last night in the luxury camp in the middle of Merzouga desert. The place was really nice, our personal tent... read more was huge, the bed was clean and comfortable, hot water, WiFi, electricity - everything you need! The dinner was very tasty, and we were particularly touched by a hearty welcome of the camp owners, who also played us their traditional music the whole evening. The only drawback was the lack of time. I recommend to stay there at least for two nights to enjoy fully the sun rises and the suns sets.

The driver learned it was a surprise for my... read more girlfriend so without me saying a word he and the staff in the camp arranged a little surprise for us on our arrival.
The room was really nice. I gotta remark it, it was really nice! It was clean and with the proper lights. The bathroom was so cool. Being in the desert of Sahara and having such a bathroom just makes it more special.
Only thing it'd add to the room would be a heater because it didn't have, nevertheless we were supplied with extra quilts.
The camp itself was really nice. Everything was on it's place.
We don't think the breakfast was any special. In fact was really basic for us. Whereas the lunch, we were expecting something better by the looks but we gotta admit, the pizza was really good and yet, it didn't fulfil our expectations of lunch. By the other hand, dinners were amazing. Really, the two dinner we had there, were amazing. They always made it really special. They cooked amazing.
The staff were really helpful always and the most important thing is that they did let us have our own space and enjoy ourselves. They played nice music at night after dinner.
The camp is well located so you gonna have really nice views for sunset and sunrise.
We'd definitely go back there some day!
